Permissions fixes: Removed a method to copy uncopyable inventory items. Fixed a problem where clothing and bodypards could revert ownership to the creator and become unusable for the wearer.
Changed default settings for ATI to be lower to attempt to reduce\ the number of crash bugs on the ATI.
Fixed a few minor performance/crash issues on the client.
