Fixed public object decay. The 72 hour timer on decay to public forobjects on public land begins today around noon.

Fixed problem with lighting that would make your avatar appear black while customizing your appearance at night. This only affected nVidia graphics cards.

Fixed crash caused by passing negative numbers into new texture animation scripting call.
