Voodoo Bamboo is arguably one of Second Life's prominent artistic moguls. VooDoo left the grid in 2015 and has now returned with an all new focus around his exploding success in the Hip-Hop music industry under the artist name, VOODOO616.
The legend returns[]
VOODOO616, who once was a main attraction DJ at legendary Second Life clubs such as Area54 and Bad Girls, has stated that he is returning to Second Life in a limited scope for select shows and venues to once again reign supreme.
It is not yet known when he will perform in Second Life or from what current clubs, but the rumor mill is buzzing! The current speculation is that one premier Second Life club that is sure to land him is Exhale. He has recently been spotted multiple times in Exhale keeping a low profile and once again enjoying his time in Second Life.
VOODOO616 in his real life has worked for some of the top nightclubs and radio stations in the early 90's around the country. From Portland, OR to Grand Rapids, MI. His mixing ability of songs from the 80's to today are impressive to say the least and has earned VOODOO616 recognition among other top mix DJ's.
VOODOO616 started to write music at a young age, but it was not until 2019 that his abilities were discovered in Detroit, MI. VOODOO616 started to do ghost writing for other artists and is credit for such Tracks as Tom MacDonalds “I hate Hip-Hop” released in late 2019 and many more. VOODOO616 has worked with Hopsin, UpChurch, and Dax over the past year.
After signing with Shady Records in late 2019, VOODOO616 started working with YelaWolf in late 2019 and is currently rumored to be working on a collaboration track expected in 2020. He is confirmed to be finishing his debut album under Shady Records, “LYRICALLY LOADED” which will drop in 2020.

It appears that 2020 is going to see the prodigal son return to claim his rightful throne in Second Life where it all started before the fame and media attention.
